GoodNewsBroadcast featured a lively radio interview with Meredith Jordan and Paul Sladkus on November 26, 2004. This interview is permanently archived in the "religion and spirituality" section of their website. Go to www.goodnewsbroadcast.com at any time to "hear" this bright and engaging interview.

Meredith was also interviewed in November by Fred Stella of Michigan Public Radio on their featured show "Common Threads," sponsored by The Interfaith Dialogue Association. This interview was broadcast in two parts on November 21 and 28, 2004. She was interviewed by Fred Stella again in November, 2006, after the release of her second book, "Standing Still: Hearing the Call to a Spirit-Centered Life." Those interviews will be aired in December 2006. All are available as audio tapes for $10. from "Common Threads" at WGVU Radio (Michigan Public Radio).

Beliefnet.com, the world's largest spiritual internet website, published an excerpt in 2005 from "Embracing the Mystery" called "You Can't Draw a Bead on God" in their "spirituality" section. Visit their website to learn more about this provocative article.

Meredith spoke at Dyer Public Library in Saco (Maine) on Thursday, July 14th, on the topic of "Staying Open: The Importance of Re-Imagining God." She presented this same lively, interactive and self-reflective talk at the Maine Chapter of Institute of Noetic Sciences on September 11, 2005. On September 23, she joined Maine writers Cathie Pelletier, Beth Wilkins and Morgan Shepherd for an author's reading night at York Public Library.

After the rousing success of the first four "Embracing the Mystery" discussion groups in 2005-2006, Rogers McKay will be offering a Winter 2007 "Embracing the Mystery" discussion group beginning in late January in Sarasota, Florida. Another group will be offered in Maine in the Spring of 2007. If you have an interest in participating in either of these 8-week groups or simply want more information, please call Rogers McKay (voice mailbox #3 at 207-283-0752).

At 1 pm on December 23, 2007, Meredith will be featured in a live radio interview with Vitaro Live! in Asheville, North Carolina.

UU minister Chuck Freeman of SoulTalk Radio in Austin, Texas, will be interviewing Meredith in January.

On January 26th at 1 pm, Meredith will be interviewed by Jesse Dylan of "The Good Life Show" in Toronto, Canada.

Finally, as a result of the wide reach of "Embracing the Mystery" and "Standing Still," Meredith now offers spiritual direction sessions to people in rural areas of the country where there are no spiritual directors, using both telephone and email exchanges. If you are seeking a non-denominational or interfaith spiritual director, and don't have access to one in your area (you can find this information from the professional organization Spiritual Directors International), call Rogers McKay at 207-283-0752 or 941-378-3863, and we will endeavor to help you begin this exciting inner work!
